Kaitlyn Vest has taught a broad range of ages from young students to adults, and experience levels ranging from beginner to college level. She teaches private lessons, group classes, and coaches chamber music to a wide array of skill sets.

Ms. Vest coached chamber music at the Duquesne University Pre College program and has been a guest lecturer at Covenant College. She was Lecturer of Cello and Chamber Music at Universitas Pelita Harapan, a University in Tangerang, Indonesia.

Ms. Vest received her Suzuki Teacher Training Certification for Units 1-3 under Dr. Tanya Carey in Chicago, IL.

​

She is the cello instructor at the Bay View Music Festival in Petoskey, MI, and the resident cellist of the Bay View String Quartet.

​

Ms. Vest resides in Chattanooga, TN, where she maintains a private teaching studio and plays with several area orchestras.

 

She is the Adjunct Instructor of Cello at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and the Visiting Instructor of Cello at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
